Important information on fees:

      Registration fee: €5,000 per person.

• The fee includes: 
  • Accommodation for 4 nights at the Belleclaire Hotel (20-24 October)
  • Tuition fees and teaching materials​
  • Lunches and social events (welcome cocktail and two dinners)​
  • Hotel <> Campus transfers​
• The fee does not cover (but is not limited to): travel expenses, airport transfers, visa expenses and processing, non-event-related meals and other personal expenses.

       Registration Process & Policy​:

• Applicants must complete the online registration form and submit a resume, a motivation letter (in English) and a professional portrait picture.​

• Participation is subject to FIA Administration approval.​

• Limited seats available. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.​

• Each FIA Club may register up to three participants, who will be approved based on profile suitability and motivation.​

• Additional participants beyond the initial three will be placed on a waiting list and approved by Friday 29 August, subject to availability.​

• Once the application is approved by the FIA administration, the Club will receive an invoice from the FIA for all its approved participants, along with payment instructions.

• The accommodation is covered exclusively at the hotel selected by the FIA, from where transfers to the campus will be organised.​

• Accepted participants will receive further details about the programme.​

• Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made before the registration deadline (22 August 2025). No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date, regardless of the reason.

    Visa process: participants are responsible for their own visa arrangements. To facilitate this process, a visa invitation letter can be provided upon request.
